We started the Safari Rally to bring back the spirit of real exploration. No lap times, no finish line pressure - just a bunch of like-minded legends in old-school vehicles, tackling tough terrain, sharing stories around the fire, and helping each other get to the end. That’s what it’s all about.

The rally is a closed event, so spots are limited, but those who make it in become part of something special. It’s an all-inclusive experience where everything’s taken care of, except the adventure. That part’s up to you.

Any two-wheel drive over 10 years old? You’re in. Four-wheel drive from before 1999? Even better. From beat-up bakkies to battle-worn Land Rovers, the older and more characterful your ride, the more it belongs here. Customise it, theme it, fly your flag, this is your chance to go all out.

We’re here to help when things get rough, but the rally’s all about pushing yourself a little, meeting incredible people, and taking the road less traveled—literally. Just follow the rules, respect the land and each other, and let the experience take care of the rest.
