PRICING STRUCTURE , ENTRY AND ACCOMMODATION

Rally Ticket Price: $460 per ticket. Each person entering the rally will need to buy a ticket.

Included in the fee:

  1. Cocktail dinner party at the Bulawayo Club.

  2. Maps, info packs and gift bags

  3. Mechanical support team throughout the duration of the event

  4. Medical support staff throughout the duration of event. (Standby ACE Air and Ambulance crew)As well as evacuation cover for each participant

  5. Safari Guides support throughout the event

  6. 15% VAT

  7. Grand Finale dinner in Victoria Falls

  8. Video and photos will be available to you after the event

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The cancellation policy is charged as follows:

Cancellations made 0 - 30 days before travel: 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellation made 30 - 60days before travel: 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellation made 60 days or more before travel 25% cancellation fee.

    USD $1150 per person

    Includes 1 nights' accommodation in Bulawayo, 2 nights at selected lodges in Hwange National Park and 1 night in Victoria Falls.

    Dinner, Bed, Breakfast and packed lunches on all rally days.

    Drinks for your account.

    National parks fees are not included but are paid at registration in Bulawayo.

    All full board accommodation entrants and their ticket entries will be handled by Bernie at Taylors Africa Safaris. (Fully Registered and Licensed Zimbabwean Safari Operator)

    CAMPING

    No charge

    You need to be fully self sufficient and book and pay directly for your accommodation/parks fees on all 4 nights: 1st night Bulawayo, 2nd night Hwange Main Camp area, 3rd Night Hwange campsites (Shumba, Deteema Springs, Mandabvu, Masuma Pan, Robins campsite etc) and night 4 Victoria Falls.
