VIEW CAMPING DETAILSRally entry includes 15.5% VAT. Full Board accommodation is VAT-inclusive, as stated in the 2027 information pack. $1,617 covers entry and Full Board accommodation; it is not an all-inclusive trip total.

Your rally ticket includes immediate emergency treatment during the rally and evacuation to hospital through ACE Air & Ambulance.
PROFESSIONAL GUIDES
Safari guide support throughout the rally.
GRAND FINALE DINNER
Dinner at the famous Lookout Café in Victoria Falls.
PHOTOS & VIDEO
Event photography and video made available after the rally.

What's not included / additional costs
National Parks fees
Additional for everyone and collected at registration in Bulawayo. Fees vary for Zimbabwean locals, SADC residents and international visitors.
Drinks
Drinks are for each participant's own account.
Self-arranged accommodation
Camping participants arrange and pay for all four nights themselves.
Spare parts & recovery
Mechanical support is included. Spare parts and recovery call-outs are charged to the participant, as set out in the information pack.

Choose your overnight stops and book directly. Follow the rally’s overnight locations, and quote “Safari Rally” when booking.
Where do I stay if I arrange my own accommodation?
You must be fully self-sufficient and arrange and pay for all four nights:
- Bulawayo
- Hwange Main Camp area
- Hwange campsites — options include Shumba, Deteema Springs, Mandabvu, Masuma Pan, Robins campsite and similar campsites.
- Victoria Falls
National Parks fees are also your responsibility.

How are National Parks fees paid?
National Parks fees are additional for everyone. Every participant, whether camping or Full Board, pays these fees at registration in Bulawayo.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation fees depend on how many days before travel you cancel:
61 days or more before travel: 25% cancellation fee.
31–60 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee.
0–30 days before travel: 100% cancellation fee.
